The past two weeks have been filled with lists and notifications and packing ahead of the cruise as we have luggage shipping. We are shipping 3 suitcases and will travel with two carryon bags. We took advantage of the perk, and one case is full of donations for the port in Banjul, The Gambia. We have an excursion and will visit a school and meet families. We have various sport balls, clothing, pencils and will buy rice when we arrive in Fort Lauderdale.
I set up a vacation email and Don paid bills ahead. While we will have internet access on the
ship it may be sporadic, not fast and expensive. We do have Wi-Fi so we can talk and text. Though with an eight-hour time difference
communication will be sporadic. No
one wants a 2 AM phone call.
