Meet the
Staff and share a toast. “I wanted freedom, open air and adventure and I found
it on the sea.” Captain Freher introduced his staff and everyone had a glass of
champagne. We met Lindi and her new friend Ann and celebrated the double
birthday. Lindi has now had 2
celebrations but who is counting? Don is
enjoying his verandah and I zoom about this lovely ship, the Zuiderdam. Taught mahjong again. Finally got to play two games today and a new
player, Judy, mahjonged again and again.
On a Grand
Holland America Cruise, expect little gifts.
Found bags, bush hats, portable chargers and a small ID case along with
a towel animal in our cabin. Wine tasting
comes with our loyalty stars and on to a lecture by Olga Stavrakis was on “Human
Evolution – New Finds in North Africa.”
